Jeff Jack is the Managing Director of Reflex Solutions’ Enterprise Division, a South African managed ICT provider. He leads a team that delivers connectivity, cloud, communications, workplace, and cybersecurity services to medium-sized businesses.

Jeff began his career in the insurance sector before joining Dimension Data, where he spent more than 20 years in progressively senior roles — from presales consultant to Digital Infrastructure Executive and Head of the Cloud Practice.

During his time at Dimension Data, he championed hybrid cloud and network modernisation, consistently advocating that technology strategy should be driven by business goals rather than technical trends. He also emphasized the critical role of collaboration and partnerships in helping organisations successfully navigate digital and cloud transformation.

At Reflex Solutions, Jeff applies these principles to simplify technology for clients and strengthen cyber resilience — particularly for medium-sized businesses that may lack extensive ICT resources.
