Tebogo Mazibuko is the Chief Executive Officer of Dolme Innovations, a forward-thinking technology company focused on developing integrated health systems that enhance both public and private healthcare delivery.

Under her leadership, Dolme Innovations is building a centralized national healthcare platform aimed at transforming the healthcare ecosystem. This platform is designed to unify patient records, streamline medication tracking, integrate diagnostics, and provide accessible medicine information services across healthcare facilities, driving efficiency, continuity of care, and improved patient outcomes.

Tebogo has also spearheaded the development of innovative digital health applications, including a comprehensive women’s health platform that supports menstrual tracking, pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause. In addition, she leads the Chronic Wellness App, which empowers patients to manage long-term health conditions through accessible and user-friendly digital tools.

Beyond patient care, her work extends into humanitarian innovation. She oversees the development of a deceased identification and next-of-kin notification system, supporting mortuaries and forensic services in identifying individuals and reconnecting them with their families. This initiative addresses the critical issue of unclaimed bodies and seeks to eliminate pauper burials through dignity-driven solutions.
