Poloko John Ntshatsha is a Global Talent Acquisition Leader and Cloud Hiring Specialist currently leading complex enterprise hiring initiatives at Microsoft. Operating at the forefront of technical recruitment, he develops and executes strategic talent acquisition frameworks across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on the Nordics, DACH, Western Europe, and the United Kingdom.

Throughout his career, Poloko has demonstrated an exceptional ability to scale high-performing engineering teams. Most recently, he led a distributed recruitment team that successfully delivered more than 2,000 strategic technical hires across EMEA within a single fiscal year.

Prior to Microsoft, he led technical talent acquisition strategies for high-growth global organisations, holding key leadership positions at Zepz and Medallia. He is also the founder of Protodigy, a specialist executive search firm focused on Software Engineering, Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud talent.
