With 20+ years’ experience with various OEM’s spanning across Software, ERP, as well as Infrastructure Management, Alan De Waal-Smit is currently a Business Development Manager for ITR Technology/ManageEngine software in South Africa. He is responsible for various industries such as Education, Transportation, Security and Outsource Providers, to name a few. With his knowledge of IT, from software to infrastructure as well as his experience with Cloud, Alan can engage across the enterprise from the Executive to the Technical team. He is passionate about improving end user experiences through integrated IT Management systems, with a foundation of service management that embraces automation and self-service with the goal of increasing business uptime and ultimately reduces cost of ownership. Alan’s core foundation is based upon exceptional relationship-based account management with strong partner relationships.
