I started out in 1992 as a Graduate Trainee at Zimbank. I excelled in the role and grew along the industry ranks becoming a Branch Accountant and Corporate Portfolio Manager at Scotfin. I joined FBC (First Banking Corporation) in 2001 as Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, and rose along the company ranks becoming Group Marketing & Public Relations Director and e-Commerce Director.
This career progression based on merit is illustrative of my continuous improvement philosophy. I am a Chartered Marketer with a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree; a Master of Business Leadership and I am a PhD Candidate.
