Every MTN customer will have a chance to get a surprise this summer from MTN!

MTN South Africa is celebrating summer with a promotion that will reward customers with daily surprises in the form of free MTN-to-MTN voice minutes, data or content. In essence MTN is giving customers surprises that are valued up to R1million a day from 1 October 2014 till 15 January 2014

Every day, MTN will send its customers daily pop-up messages with an MTN Surprise. The customers have 30 seconds to redeem the prize by replying 'OK'. If the time runs out, the prize will no longer be valid and the customer will have to wait for another pop-up message.

"Ideally, we want every MTN customer to celebrate Summer time with us, we will make sure that during this summer time all customers do receive a prize from us. This is to express our appreciation for their loyalty," says Larry Annetts: Chief Marketing Officer at MTN South Africa.

All surprises will be valid for a certain period, starting from 1 hour hours to 3 days. So whether it is up to 15 minutes free voice minutes, or up to 20GB of data, customers will be treated by MTN this summer with some amazing additional value on the network.

"MTN is a socially responsible and law abiding corporate citizen and it encourages its customers to always exercise caution when interfacing with mobile technology while driving. All customers have to do is keep their phone’s on and MTN Summer Surprise will be on its way. We are enabling them to keep connected to their family and friends during the festive season," Concludes Annetts.
